I’m Robert Bayley, an Analytical Lead currently a Senior Product Manager who leads cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven products. I introduce new technologies, shape roadmaps, design strategies, manage stakeholders and align AI & analytics initiatives to company OKRs reducing manual work, improving data quality, and accelerating decision-making across a global focused organization .

My focus is AI-first product thinking by using agentic AI, LLM-driven assistance, and ML-structured processes to automate work, elevate data quality, reduce friction, and deliver meaningful insights for business teams via prompting-analytics that are built on Hub-and-Spoke principles.
