I’m Robert Bayley, an Analytical Lead currently a Senior Product Manager who leads cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven products. I introduce new technologies, shape roadmaps, design strategies, manage stakeholders and align AI & analytics initiatives to company OKRs reducing manual work, improving data quality, and accelerating decision-making across a global focused organization .

This is where my passion lies: team management and product leadership. My focus is AI-first product thinking by using agentic AI, LLM-driven assistance, and ML-structured processes to automate work, elevate data quality, reduce friction, and deliver meaningful insights for business teams via prompting-analytics that are built on Hub-and-Spoke principles.

  • Lead AI Analytics product strategy, aligning analytics programs to OKRs across 12 analytics products for all EU countries.

Impact: A one-stop analytics hub aimed at improving governance, accelerating insight generation, and aligning teams to share OKRs accoutability through LLM integration that assists with KPI alignment and strategy governance.

Challenge: Manual data enrichment slowed product content accuracy and UX consistency.

Approach: Introduced ML proposals to suggest missing attributes, with human-in-the-loop review to continuously improve models.

Standardized Product Data Hierarchy

Challenge: Fragmented product attributes across countries hindered scalable optimization and data standardization for an ecomm retail set up.

Approach: Defined an aligned data hierarchy and synchronization processes spanning across all EU countries.

Impact: Improved ML feature consistency, richer PDP content, and faster cross-market roll outs. Inevitably increasing revenue across all Omnichannel touch points,
